As a Lead Doctoral Advisor and International Speaker, I lead and structure the methodological and analytical development of high-level research. To date, I have successfully guided more than 200 doctoral students from all over Latin America and the United States, ensuring the scientific rigor and feasibility of their thesis projects.

My approach is distinguished by the fusion of traditional methodologies with cutting-edge technological techniques and operational efficiency:

• Advanced Analysis: I apply my 40 years of engineering experience to teach researchers how to transform narrative chaos into measurable structures (quantitizing), using Data Science and Business Intelligence tools.

• Technological Integration: I instruct in the practical application of languages and software such as R, Python, SQL, SPSS, ATLAS.ti, Tableau, and PowerBI for robust analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Optimization with Artificial Intelligence: I implement and advise on the use of Artificial Intelligence models and natural language processing algorithms to uncover hidden patterns, accelerating research and enhancing the interpretive quality of the studied social, educational, and business phenomena.

• Operational Innovation and Process Architecture: I develop and implement comprehensive automation systems for academic management. Recently, I designed for the Technology Department of UIIX an operational architecture "Turnkey" (using Google Apps Script and Advanced APIs) that parametrizes files under security protocols Zero-Trust. This institutional innovation transformed a manual task of 160 hours (2 months of operational effort) into an instant execution, returning that vital time to academic advising.

• Academic Leadership: I deliver international conferences focused on breaking the paradigms of modern research, teaching the self-leadership necessary to overcome common barriers such as the "blank page" syndrome and analysis paralysis.

EXPERT RESEARCHER - FULL PROFESSOR

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

October 2000 - July 2022

From the Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Estado Trujillo" UPTT, I carried out the Design and Creation of the "Management Model for Venezuelan Public Universities" based on the application of the Systems of Viable Models (MSV), which was adopted as organizational structure for them at national level by the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education (MPPEU) from 2017, as stated in the Official Gazette of the Ministry (MPPEUCT, 2017) No. 6321, and; the Design and Creation, as co-author together with other colleagues from Tecnológico de Ejido, Mérida State, of the "National Training Program for Risk Management and Disaster Management".

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

November 1999 - January 2000 

For the company COMASELI CA, I carried out the "Barua-Motatán Deep Well Electrification Project", contracted by the state oil company PDVSA, which consisted in the construction of 34.5 Kv, SS/EE type H power lines and their respective connection of transformation and speed control equipment for electro-submersible pumps (BES), hydraulic and mechanical. With this project they were losing millions of dollars due to the lack of experience of their personnel for the management of this type of large projects, in addition to union, workers and community labor conflicts. So they needed to recover the viability of the project, and I had my experience in electrical power systems, the oil industry, personnel management, operations and logistics to do so. Once we analyzed the situation well, we were able to put together a plan and achieve surprising results, since we not only recovered the project, saving the company from the loss of other bids, millions of dollars, and the bankruptcy of the company, but we were also assigned parallel micro projects that generated unexpected profits.
